10737466 Director Wireless Construction Engineering Location Corvallis OR Area Direct Hire Start ASAP OVERVIEW The Director is responsible for the planning management and oversight of the Wireless Construction Engineering business unit They are responsible for the effective management of customer and employee relationships Accountable for the financial and operational performance of the division the Manager is responsible for implementing and managing sound business practices that result in the effective deployment of staff resources and materials in meeting customer and corporate expectations for high quality wireless communications design installation and maintenance REQUIRED 7 + Years building mentoringmanaging a team of a 6 7 million dollar business unit Building and maintaining telecom customer relationships Experience in expanding a business into new locations Experience in the telecom construction industry Understanding of implementing and maintaining some of the following technologies Router installation switch work Microwave radios Alcatel 9500 Harris Constellation DC power systems TCPIP networking OSI model Anritusu TBerd Power Meters Fiber testing and Voltmeters PREFERRED Ability to prioritize and align activities and resources with frequent changes in schedule or demand Ability to understand and carry out both oral and written instruction Ability to work and flourish in a fastpaced constantly changing hightech environment Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision Attention to detail problem solving time management and strong organizational and multitasking skills required Collaborate with Corporate Team and Divisional Leads to develop and implement Corporate Strategic Plan Communicate expectations and directions very clearly Conduct frequent quality audits of a variety of wireless construction projects Develop and implement safety and awareness program in conjunction with Quality Safety team Develop and manage annual revenue forecast and budget for Business unit Develop robust business and operational model that could be deployed in other geocenters in the United States Develop strategic plan for Business unit division in the Pacific Northwest Develop implement and manage a schedule to meet all customer needs with regard to quality expectations and customer due dates Ensure compliance with OSHA or governmental safety or certification regulations relating to the business unit Establish and manage safety risks and incident reporting protocols Exceptional problemsolving skills Must be computer literate and proficient with MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) and various other computer software products Oversee compliance with health and safety policies and operating procedures Provide advanced troubleshooting support and come up with solutions to underperforming microwaveRF networking systems in mission critical networks Experis is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOEAA)
